With over 13 years of rich experience in sales and a strong background in providing cutting-edge software solutions, V. Phanikanth brings a powerful mix of industry knowledge and leadership to Sri Vedha Developers.
He began his career in 2007 as a Key Accounts Manager and has worked with leading organizations such as Arkance, Ample Technologies, and Ark Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where he served as Territory Sales Manager for the AP, Telangana, and Karnataka regions. His expertise includes delivering enterprise solutions for top brands like Autodesk, Adobe, and Microsoft, with a specialization in Foundry Software (Visual Effects)—providing tailored solutions to VFX companies and studios across South India.
Phanikanth holds an MBA in Marketing from Dravidian University and is a Salesforce Certified Administrator as well as a Google Cloud Certified Digital Leader, underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and digital innovation.
After the pandemic shifted his corporate trajectory, he stepped in to support his mother’s real estate venture. What began as a temporary role evolved into a deep passion, leading him to co-found Sri Vedha Developers alongside his mother and brother. Today, they continue to build a company rooted in trust, expertise, and forward-thinking values.

Vummethala Vedavathi’s journey in real estate is a powerful example of strength, resilience, and pure dedication. A devoted homemaker and mother of two, she stepped into the real estate field with determination and steadily built her reputation through hard work, sincerity, and exceptional client service. Starting as an agent, she grew into senior roles across leading real estate companies and became a respected name in the industry.
Her first breakthrough came through Sri Giri Developers under the guidance of Yadagiri Sir, where she earned her first income—an experience that became the foundation of her long-standing connection with the real estate world.
In 2014, her life took an unexpected pause when she was diagnosed with cancer. After a long battle, treatment, and complete recovery, she returned stronger than ever, proving that no setback could stop her passion or spirit. Post-COVID, her elder son joined her journey, followed by her younger son, who later decided to support the family dream full-time.
Their united vision and dedication led to the establishment of Sri Vedha Developers—a family-driven real estate brand founded by her elder son V. Phanikanth, with Vedavathi serving as the company’s guiding force and Director.
Throughout her career, Vedavathi has been honored with multiple awards and recognitions for her excellence, trustworthiness, and long-standing contribution to the real estate industry.
